Sincerest apologies to those whom I have kept waiting! D: Specifically, those who had participated in my writing contest. Internet troubles have kept me generally away from... well, the internet. In fact, I still can't go on as much quite yet, but soon I will. Anyway...

Judging for writing is a lot more difficult than I had thought. Not that I thought it would be easy, I figured it would be harder than judging images since I’m more used to those, but I didn’t count on the sheer amount of difference and.. well, yeah.... I practically tore hairs out trying to decide a winner. Some made me giggle, most gave me warm fuzzles, and one gave me one of them big, creepy smiles.

Instead of killing myself and deciding right then and there, I decided to let the stories sit in my head for a little while. In the end, one story kept coming back to haunt me, in a good way. Loudest, that is, if that makes sense.
